Shipping

At Carlos & Chilly, everything is done as a family. For this reason, we are not able to offer 24-hour processing or shipping. Orders received during the week are prepared and shipped the following weekend. This approach allows us to take the time needed to carefully prepare each order.

Returns

If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll review your request and provide the next steps as quickly as possible.
